Steps to reproduce ::
1) Check 'Mark all edits minor by default' in Preferences
2) Create an article and few drafts
<<Minor edit is checked for all>>
3) Select a draft for editing.
4) Saved the draft with 'Minor Edit' Unchecked
5) Select the draft to see the changes
<<The check box is still selected>>
Expected Outcome::
Default setting shall be overridden when user set 'Minor Edit' explicitly.
