Per community consensus [1], please enable Extension:Translate and
Extension:TranslationNotifications at br.wikimedia.org
We are planning to use those features mostly for public announcements related
to activities by brazilian wikimedians (very specific ones for doing it on
meta.wikimedia wiki) or free content materials in foreign languages aligned
with mission, vision and principles of Wikimedia (very specifc ones to be done
at any Wikisource subdomain).
