When clicking Okay, it only dismisses, and does not act as "Next" as well. If
"Okay" does not end the tour, it can't dismiss the tooltip and stay stuck at
the current step, regardless of user action. I detected this by...
* Clicking Okay on

* Taking the Edit action.
As you can see from the attached screenshot, we now get the tour start
incorrectly in the edit and preview windows.
