For example https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/47888/ was not merged where it
was expected. Can you please look into this, Antoine?
Here's what I observe:
1. Patch set is submitted.
2. Jenkins added score (verified +1 if voting tests pass)
3. I add Code review +2.
4. Jenkins adds post code review score (verified +2 if voting tests pass)
Then when both are +2, I expect an automatic merge, but the status remains
"Review in Progress". I've checked
http://integration.mediawiki.org/zuul/status. No jobs are running.
