On the page linked I don't see the Browser properties link. I do see the link
when I'm viewing the mainpage.
I have this extra configuration:
$smwgNamespacesWithSemanticLinks[NS_LQT_THREAD] = true;
$smwgNamespacesWithSemanticLinks[NS_LQT_SUMMARY] = true;
