Optionally the app could post to the user talk page to generate a reminder/todo-list of images to add descriptions to. Images without descriptions are useless for educational purposes. Crowdsourcing the description process to the commons community is not always possible. GPS data should be added to the uploaded images. Preferably in the form of a [[:commons:Template:Location]] template.
