--- Comment #8 from Valerie Juarez <[email protected]> ---
On HTC Thunderbolt 4.04 I'm able to edit different parts of
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Main_Page#Positioning_of_images on the
desktop version of the site.

1. On my phone I went to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Main_Page and was
redirected to the mobile site.
2. At the bottom of that page I selected 'Desktop' to view the page as the
desktop version.
3. I looked for a subsection with more text than the size of my screen, which
happened to be Positioning of images.
4. I selected 'edit' to edit that subsection.

In the edit page I can select the edit frame by tapping on some text in that
frame. This brings up my keyboard. The cursor is not always placed in the exact
area I tapped, but it is not refocused to the first line, either.
Once the focus is on the edit frame, I can scroll within that frame by swiping
my finger up or down on that frame, and I can move the cursor by tapping on the
text that I want to edit.
