If I ever select a university from the drop-down menu and then try to clear the
filter via the button, it sometimes takes more than an hour to actually clear
out. The first page typically refreshes to look as though the filter has
cleared, but if I try to go to the second page, it will repopulate the list
based on the university I'd chosen before.
