Yesterday the 'zeroadmin' usergroup was deployed to Meta-Wiki with no Wikimedia
Messages attached. They should be created. I guess it should be:
'group-zeroadmin' => 'ZeroRatedMobileAccess administrators',
'group-zeroadmin-member' => '{{GENDER:$1|ZeroRatedMobileAccess
administrator}}',
'grouppage-zeroadmin' => '{{ns:project}}:ZeroRatedMobileAccess administrators',
