Assumptions:
$wgULSPosition = 'interlanguage';
You can change UI language.
1) Go to wiki with ULS with above setting
2) Click the cog
3) Click ... to open language selector
Observed: Language selector opens in middle of the screen at very bottom of the
page
Expected: Language selector opens higher up to not make the pager higher than
needed.
Maybe also horizontal positioning could be though about.
