In the Hungarian localization, the title reads "Vandálszûrõ naplója"; it
should actually be "Vandálszûrõ naplója" (ű and ő instead of û and õ).
Seems like ISO-8859-1 instead of UTF-8. I checked
MediaWiki:Abusefilter-log-name locally and at translatewiki, and saw no sign
that the error would be on the translators' end.
