When logged in at dewiki and looking at a page with pending changes, two boxes
are shown at the top of the page: The first is blue, full-width (with ID
mw-fr-reviewnotice + class flaggedrevs_preview), the other is white and
floating to the right (with ID mw-fr-revisiontag + class flaggedrevs_short).
Both contain precisely the same text:
"2 changes in this version are pending review. The stable version was checked
on 7 April 2013."
Just one of these should be shown.
