--- Comment #4 from [email protected] --- The second, blue box has been present on dewiki since the software update on Nov. 24, 2010 (I remember this because I fixed a positioning problem caused by it: http://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=MediaWiki:Monobook.css&diff=81917139&oldid=76472460; forgot to report a bug back then). It's still looking broken because after checking "Preferences -> Pending changes -> Use detailed boxes to show review status of pages", there's just one box.
