The FlaggedRevs flyout box (with class "flaggedrevs_short_details") is
currently implemented with JavaScript. That's not necessary, the same effect
can be achieved with CSS only (using :hover, like the Vector menu).
Some changes to the markup would be required, though. (The current markup
doesn't allow a CSS-only solution because the flyout is neither a sibling nor a
descendant of the icon.)
