That's exactly what the error message says: "Der Websitelink [[enwiki:Main Page]] wird bereits vom Datenobjekt [[Q5296]] verwendet." English: The link [[en:Main Page]] is already used in Q5296. This is true. There is nothing wrong with the wording of this message. There can't be a solution for your problem. It is forbidden to add a link to two Wikidata items and it always will be. If you think a message should be more descriptive you should not call your report "Impossible to add interwiki links if the article has none" because this is not true in any way. Instead please copy and paste the message or make a screenshot instead of talking about a vague "fail" or "strange and meaningless message", describe what you think is missing in the message and give examples how you think the message should be in your opinion.
