Except there's a rate limit, and if someone was to repeatedly thank a user that
they were reverting the edits of I think /someone/ would twig.

UserA thanks UserB many times. We can see this. UserA reverts UserB's edits
many times. We can see this. It doesn't take linking the two together to notice
that UserA is probably being a complete arse.
