In ruwiki, when the page contain a link to page [[ru:Обсуждение
Википедии: Заявки на арбитраж/О
перспективах работы в условиях "охраны
границ"]], the Special:RecentChangesLinked feature doesn't work.
Actually, Special:RecentChangesLinked just returns a blank page. See the URL
for test case.
Also some users reported that Watchlist doesn't work with the same "blank page"
behavior, but it seems that it doesn't related to the page mentioned above.
(E.g. my watchlist contains that page, but works.)
