seen in test2wiki since Aug 30, possibly related to the Edit/Edit source
display changes
* visit any page in https://test2.wikipedia.org
* make the browser window narrow
'View history' link disappears from view, but no other links disappear
* continue to narrow the browser window
'Edit' and 'Edit source' links move to a lower position, but 'View history' is
still gone
