When clicking the ULS icon in the "In other languages" portlet in the sidebar
nothing happens and the application throws the following exception (uncaught):
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'languageSettingsModules' of undefined
Probably related to the local hack they have (see bug 54210) which isn't fully
removing ULS (meaning, the icon remains but the callback is broken).
