1. Edit a page with VisualEditor.
2. Copy a line of text.
Sometimes it just copies the line to the clipboard without generating any move
of the content (expected behavior). But sometimes just by typing ctrl-C with
text selected you will see a jump of the page.
I haven't found the pattern, but it looks like doing this close to the end of
long pages makes it easier to reproduce.
