Right now the way that you add a template through the VisualEditor is by
choosing the Transclusion option from the toolbar.
'Transclusion' is programmer jargon. Regular people have no idea what that
means. 'Template' is a somewhat ambiguous term, but at least it matches all of
our documentation and the name of the namespace. It is also less scary
sounding.
