Currently, users with the course coordinator right must assign themselves the
online and/or campus volunteer rights in order to access some of the features
of the course page system (for example, signing up as campus volunteer for a
course). This can be confusing and is not necessary.
The course coordinator right should include all the rights for online and
campus volunteers, so that assigning themselves those narrower rights is not
necessary.
