It might be the case that the "campus volunteer" privileges come with the
"course coordinator" userright, but the "online volunteer" privileges do not. I
say this based on observing a privilege for the former granted and a privilege
for the latter not granted. All privileges of both of these ought to be granted
to anyone with course coordinator userright.
In the bigger picture - perhaps the "campus volunteer" and "online volunteer"
userrights should be merged entirely. Sage has suggested this; I also would
support this. I am not sure that there would be any opposition.
