Sorry. As for argument one: This should only work if the user has an account on Wikidata anyway. So they should be notified of messages, no? As for points two and three: I would like to see compelling cases where this is actually useful/needed. Don't get me wrong I am not 100% opposed to this but I need to prevent feature creep in Wikidata. Every line of code we add needs to be written and maintained. In addition users are already overloaded with information.
