Click into the text box for starting a new topic or replying to an existing
topic/post - the cursor is right up against the blue highlighting, and the text
is somewhat awkwardly crammed against the top of the box. We should increase
the padding to the left, right, top, and bottom of the text by a pixels to give
it some room to breathe.
