I wanted to look the today media of the day, but the video stops every few
seconds. The problem continuous even after the file is completely loaded to my
computer. I discovered a funny workaround: when I constantly move my cursor
over the video-window (without clicking) then the video plays without stopping

I confirmed the issue with
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Forrest_Highway_southbound_from_Pinjarra_Road.ogv
which plays fine when loaded directly (hotlink) into the browser. Stuttering
can be observed when watching through the Kaltura mediaplayer.
