The files can be downloaded here; http://openfontlibrary.org/assets/downloads/railway-sans/005334257a772c915a5e70fa1f1376be/railway-sans.zip As for where to put them; somewhere that is accessible from the CSS. I'm not certain what's best, I'd just like to be able to use this font on the wikimania 2014 wiki and I'm finding that I can't do it without the font already being on the server.
