So there is not a single dev who minds them? Next time there is an election for
the WMF board, I will try to find out the various opinions about AJAX features
and let that decide my vote.

It obstructs the buttons but not as often. It is easy to clear the history or
set it to clear automatically. And users can also do "incognito mode" so I
don't see how there are privacy concerns.
