The IRC RC feeds on irc.wikimedia.org are not working for the betacluster
projects. IRC-Bot "rc-pmtpa" is present in the channel (e.g.
#en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs), but does not relay any recent changes.
Please check the current setup with [[wikitech:IRCD]]
