Regardless of WikiProject consensus, isn't there a larger discussion to be had
here?

Is this the first non-phase 0 wiki that Flow is being deployed to?

I haven't been following Flow too carefully, but I personally thought it was
prematurely deployed to the phase 0 wikis. I'm very reticent to see Flow
deployed to a production wiki, in any form, currently. Is it ready for a
production wiki?

I'm wary given the extended history here; i.e., discussion systems being
deployed on an opt-in basis to production wikis and the resulting
ramifications.
