I was trying to unprotect [[mw:Talk:Sandbox]], but the "...&action=unprotect"
link in Navpopups or at
https://www.mediawiki.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3AProtectedPages&namespace=1&type=edit&level=0&sizetype=min&size=
don't work; ie.
https://www.mediawiki.org/w/index.php?title=Talk:Sandbox&action=unprotect
Relatedly, "...&action=info" doesn't work. Same result, it just redirects to
the page itself. Eg.
https://www.mediawiki.org/w/index.php?title=Talk:Flow&action=info
(Legoktm has unprotected the mw:Talk:Sandbox via the API.)
