In April Ubuntu will be releasing its next version nicknamed Trusty and having
version 14.04. Having an image to boot instance with will let us:
- try out our manifests with the next version
- bring us package dependencies needed for HHVM
- upgrade the continuous integration slaves which
The last two would save us from backporting a ton of packages from Trusty to
Precise.
