When Jay8g previews a topic-title-edit, there are various oddities. (first
attached screenshot)
* Opened comment area
* Cloned (nonfunctional preview buttons
* Title-preview not replacing the older-preview
When I tried to replicate the bug, I got a completely different oddity.
