Please see Bug 61220. I tested three different browsers in three OS and the
problem is identical. Meaning that this is a Wikimedia software problem.
Browsers tested:
Firefox 27.0.1 in Windows, Ubuntu, and Mac OSX
Safari in Mac OSX
Chromium in Ubuntu.
