However, looking at this report and looking at [[mw:ExtensionGallery]] there doesn't seem to be a clear plan. This and the fact that the project might look straightforward to a newcomer might pose a serious risk to whoever takes it, mentors included. Mark & Markus, please define clearly the scope of the project offered to students.
