This REMOVED the image tag from my user page on Wikipedia, and left no
indication which I could find of where the image now lives, if anywhere. I do
not appreciate bots removing content from my User page.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
* CommonsDelinker replaces media links with links to the new canonical version.
* CommonsDelinker providers users with some way to find the new canonical media
version.
EXPECTED GRACEFUL DEGRADATION:
* CommonsDelinker, if deleting media links, warns users when media is deleted
from their personal User page.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:
* CommonsDelinker deletes media links from User pages with no warning.
