Stewards reviewed this and do not believe that there is a community consensus,
nor that the community has sufficient active users to reach such a valid
consensus, especially when based upon a conversation based on patriotic
competition rather than a demonstrated need.

demonstrated need. They would be well suited to implement an autopatrolled
right.
