I love data items etc., but the link feels out of place after "Page
information" and before "Cite this page" (completely different audiences).
Data is definitely a subset of information, so the info action seems a suitable
home for the link: a natural fit is the area with the list of transcluded
templates, which are another source of content for the page.
This would simultaneously fix bug 61768, as the info action is reachable from
action=edit. I'm tempted to mark that one as duplicate.
