I'm still lacking steps to reproduce; your screenshots are of little use for people not knowing the language, because what is obvious to you is invisible to them. The language team has better knowledge of such scripts so they may still be able to understand, but this bug report is very unclear. If I type "ardo" with the first input method available for ur, I get "مدرج"; with the second input method, I get "اردہ". Is that wrong? In any case, it doesn't match what you said, so I'm missing something.
