It would be possible to set up AbuseFilter rules to label edits to achieve these goals, but that is a bit silly. "anonymous users+registered users (minus administrators and bots)" not possible. I think this would help some workflows for small wikis "administrators (sysop+bureaucrat)" not possible. While nice, I cant quickly think of a common workflow which would benefit from this. No doubt it exists. It would be good if someone can mention a specific use for this. "bots" not possible. (show bots & hide registered users returns 0 bot RC entries) IMO this is the most significant lacking feature of the RC UI.
