it.wiki has a specific namespace for WikiProjects (bug 7101) and some
coordination pages in "Wikipedia" namespace whose discussion happens on talk;
but currently MassMessage can only post to NS_PROJECT, NS_USER_TALK, resulting
in errors.
It's requested to add all talk namespaces, or at least "Discussioni progetto"
and "Wikipedia talk", to wmgNamespacesToPostIn. Consensus in URL.
