Currently, the cached versions of Commons image "Lang-pt2.gif" are not animated
at least at the resolutions of 35px, 100px and 120px. If I use other uncommon
res (such as 119px) then it's animated.
You can see it's become a still image in the main page of the Portuguese
Wiktionary (
http://pt.wiktionary.org/wiki/Wikcion%C3%A1rio:P%C3%A1gina_principal ) and this
template http://pt.wiktionary.org/wiki/Predefini%C3%A7%C3%A3o:-pt- .
I believe only devs can force a cache purge of these iamges so I'm requesting
it here.
