Clicking link for parent does nothing but add an ID to the URL, and stays on
the same page when watching a single post.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to
http://translatewiki.net/wiki/Thread:Support/Special:NewMessages_doesn%27t_work_for_me/reply_%284%29?uselang=en
2. Click "Parent"
Observed: URL changes to
http://translatewiki.net/wiki/Thread:Support/Special:NewMessages_doesn%27t_work_for_me/reply_%284%29?uselang=en#Special:NewMessages_doesn_t_work_for_me_3214
and parent is not visible
Expected: parent becomes visible somehow.
