Steps to reproduce:
1.Open a page with mobile VE with iOS Safari
2.Tap the cursor on a link to bring up the context menu for it
3.Now tap at the end of some other text to place the cursor there
Observed Result:
The context menu for the previous link is appearing on top of the article.
