EntityView and related classes show the labels of referenced entities.
Currently, fetching these labels is optimized for properties, but not for
referenced items.
We should be using EntityIdFormatters (more specifically,
EntityIdHtmlLinkFormatters) for all entities consistently, and make the
formatter(s) use pre-fetched labels.
