Steps to reproduce:
1.Open a page with VE
2.Make an edit
3.Click on the "Save Page"
4.While the saving is in progress,keep on clicking on the "Save Page" button on
the Save dialog
Observed Result:
The following error appears in the console:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property '$saveOptions' of null
