Steps-
1> open a page in VE.
2> Insert ->Media.
3>Select to add a media file. Opens the Media Settings dialog.
4>Now click on “Caption” pane and Select to insert a Link .
5> Click on the style text menu to select the Language and type some text. See
screenshot.
6> Now move the cursor to the link, notice the link icon is not appearing, but
the icon in the toolbar does get selected.
7>Now try to insert a new link by selecting the link icon on toolbar, does not
open the link inspector and the text in the pane gets typed as normal text.
