The checkboxes on this page look like slide controls that would instantly save
yet you have to hit the save button to opt in.
I suspect this a UX nightmare and many people will slide the controls but not
hit save.
Thus I suggest using mw-ui-checkbox from core for the time being and killing
this styling.
Later we should make them real slide controls that do not need a submit button.
Thoughts?
