I'm confused. I think 2 things are getting mixed up here. If there was no media
viewer in mobile, clicking the image would take you to the File page where
there is attribution. We don't attribute in photo captions... So I'm baffled to
the idea that we are not fulfilling our legal obligations in the current setup
(I can add Luis from legal to verify this if you need me to if necessary)

That said I do think this is a __great__ opportunity to showcase the user who
took the photo and we should take it. On mobile we have a last modifier bar for
articles to give prominence to editors so I think it would make sense to do
this for photos too! I say yes we should be doing that.

Whatever happens though we should be careful to do this consistently on both
desktop and mobile and we should think carefully about such a solution as we
are not in a rush as we are not violating the license.
