I wanted to attach test cases for
https://etherpad.wikimedia.org/p/BugTriage-mwlib but I can't because even a
simple single-article PDF is 16 MiB
(https://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Spezial:Buch&bookcmd=render_article&arttitle=Corps&oldid=60280924&writer=rdf2latex
).
It would be nice to be able to upload attachments of 20 MiB or more; I'm not
aware of any abuse so I can't think of a reason not to.
